Hello and welcome to our new site! We looked at a lot of different hosting options (Wowstead, guildlaunch, etc) and ultimately decided that they were ugly and overly expensive. This site has been built from the ground up to be as flexible as possible and reasonably attractive (design by Bezzle herself) and we hope serves us well in the coming months, but even if it doesn't hosting it ourselves means we can make whatever changes necessary. On that note, if there are changes you'd like to see made, please don't hesitate to email our webzombie at jazi@steelspringcartel.com or Bezzle at gm@steelspringcartel.com.
The site was designed to be as useful as possible for both new members and old ones: The most recent two articles are above the fold on the left, and in case you missed something, the third is just a short scroll down (archives can be found in the forums but are linked to from the nav bar for ease). For potential new recruits, Notes from the Trade Prince is designed to give a snapshot of what the guild is all about as well as what we're currently seeking for the Adventure Corps (progression), Artistic Corps (cultural projects), etc and upcoming guild RP events. Since everything will be (of course) happening in game, our master calendar is the guild calendar, but a short list of upcoming events can be found in the box at the bottom of the page should you need it. I'm gonna start this little masterpiece by warning all potential readers that I have adult ADHD. I was diagnosed when I was twenty-two and it's not a made a damn bit of difference in my life. Though, in the time that it took me to write those two sentences I had composed this entire article three different times in my mind; I doubt it will end up being anything like any of them. I warn you in advance because in this article I'm going to let the ADHD flow a bit. Also, I like paragraphs. Lots of ‘em. I dunno why, I just think they rock.

Cartel members, this is a call to get creative. We’re looking for more articles for our journal here. They can be about any topic you want, from rants about the prices of Embersilk Cloth, to an in character tale of valor and bravery against the cowardly Alliance. If you write an article for the guild site, you’ll be paid in game. The payment will vary depending on the amount and, more importantly, quality of what was written, but will start at a hundred gold. Any submission must be at least two paragraphs long and sent to jazi AT steelspringcartel DOT com in an editable format (.txt, .doc, etc.).
Some tips to increase your chances of earning more gold: Don’t send us crap. If you do send us a rant about something you don’t like about the game, make it entertaining and funny, not just QQ. Trade Prince
You’ll find integrating into the larger Cartel to be a simple process. However, if you need any
help understanding our policies just ask the peon member liaisons! These are the
long standing and knowledgeable members of our Cartel. They can explain anything from how our bank access
works to how to receive funding and supplies for any new business venture idea you may have. These
are also the people to ask about the various events the Cartel hosts, as well as how you can help us
to further succeed.
